Lettuce- never have I seen it look so beautiful- well done, Maj!!

Cath

That's a simple lettuce? Incredible. I think of lettuce as, well, just green. How bad is that...
Like you I often wish I had my camera with me; I am going to let you be my inspiration and take it with me in the car today as I head out and about.
Thanks for sharing with us.

Marlynn

WOW oh WOW..... Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to look at lettuce in a new way. Congratulations. Love you post and what you are doing.

Kathryn - Collage Diva

What a great shot. You really captured the texture. The beads of water really catch the light. Lighting is key in photography. I love my Panasonic Lumix camera...it makes me look like a pro!

Carrie

You're right, those are some fabulous colors! Have fun learning more about photography. I know pretty much nothing, but would love to learn the ropes someday.

Jane

Beautiful! I love the photo and I especially like the color bar palette to really explore the shades.
Have fun in your class, too.

Awesome shot. Good luck and enjoy learning your camera and photography. I have a Panasonic Lumix and have enjoyed experimenting in Miksang-style Japanese comtemplative photography, which I think your lettuce photo is an example of. Have fun!

Rosie

Maj, what a stunning photo of a simple lettuce! I have visited both the blogs you mention - excellent! I have enough trouble just taking good pics of my creations, so Kudos to you! =)

belinda
